Our business is “deconstruction” (think GREEN demolition). This is a direct alternative to traditional demolition. We work with small renovations, such as kitchens, to large full building removals in cities like Chicago & Milwaukee. Although we are based in Southeastern Wisconsin, we’ve done jobs in New York, Iowa, Ohio & Texas.
Who doesn’t like saving money while helping keep unnecessary items out of the landfill?
In short, here’s what you need to know:
1. We deconstruct, instead of demolishing. Instead of throwing items away, we save everything we can (including lumber & other building materials) & prep for donation on behalf of the property owner while still fulfilling the demolition scope of your project.
2. The property owner receives a donation appraisal from a 3rd party appraiser. This donation, appraisal & form 8283, reduces the owner’s taxable income, saving them real money, even for many corporations!
3. The process is Green. Somebody’s trash is someone else’s treasure. Sustainability is an important & necessary movement. Aside from keeping such items out of the landfill unnecessarily, the initiative often generates LEED points.
